Doubts that Kelly Rowland is bleaching her skin were dispelled in a video that proves Kelly’s skin is clearly 10 shades lighter.
Fans of the Destiny’s Child singer were disappointed after viewing a video Kelly posted on Instagram Live on Wednesday. Kelly responded to skin bleaching rumors by denying she was bleaching.
The chocolaty singer appears very light in the video clip. At one point she even blamed her bright skin tone on a ray of sunlight shining through the window of an Uber car she is riding in.
“I never answer questions like this because I think it’s so stupid,” she said in the video clip. “I am not the one to bleach my skin, and nor do I want to bleach my skin, nor do I have to bleach my skin,” she laughed.
She added: “Have you ever thought that it could be the lighting, like this light — like this streak bleaching like crazy right here,” she said pointing at a ray of sunlight that washed out part of her face.
She concluded: “Im still chocolate, forever chocolate and proud to be chocolate. Shout out to my chocolate girls!”
But her fans were not convinced. Many of Kelly’s followers noticed she was as light as her rumored half-sister Beyonce Knowles. Many say Kelly envies Beyonce and wants to be the salon singer.
It’s unfortunate that Kelly lies to her fans by denying what they can see with their own eyes!
