Mary J Blige Tops ELLE’s List of 10 Best Fashion Instagrams

ELLE magazine compiled a list of the 10 Best Fashion Instagrams, including Mary J. Blige, Kelly Rowland, Cardi B, Kim Kardashian, Solange Knowles, and a few names most of us have never heard of.

Oddly, Solange made the list but her sister Beyonce didn’t. Another glaring omission is R&B singer-turned-Instagram model Monica Brown. And how did Kim K. make the list when she barely wears clothing in her IG photos?
