Atlanta’s A-list turned out for Tip “T.I.” Harris‘s ‘Dime Trap’ album release event, held at The Trap Museum on Thursday, October 4, in Atlanta, Georgia. T.I. is pictured with his wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris. Click here to download the album.
The Trap Museum tells the history of trap music in the South beginning in the early 1990s and evolving through the 2000s. “Trap” is slang for drug houses where drug dealers, aka unlicensed street pharmacists, stored their street pharmaceuticals to be sold by low-level workers.
Included among the exhibits is a walk-in gun vault, similar to the one the rapper installed in his Atlanta home that was raided by the feds.
One of T.I.’s Grammy awards is also on display at the Trap Museum.
DJ Drama, left, who worked with T.I. throughout his career, also attended the event.
T.I.’s wife, Tameka, and daughter, Zonnqiue Pullins.
