Music mogul Damon Dash has been slapped with a restraining order for allegedly threatening the life of a children's hair salon owner.
According to documents obtained by The Blast Patrice Miner claims Dash stormed into her hair salon in Los Angeles and attacked her verbally in front of customers.
At one point, she alleges he threatened her life, prompting her to seek a restraining order barring Dash from coming within 30 yards of Miner or her salon.
She also claims Dash grabbed a customer and threw him out of the salon during the altercation. In another incident he "yelled and screamed" and called the plaintiff "an idiot" in front of clients.
Miner claims Dash is an "investor" in her business.
A hearing will be held later this month to determine whether or not the temporary restraining order should be made permanent.
Dash recently opened a hair salon of his own in Los Angeles called Poppington L.A.
