Wendy Williams

Wendy Williams is considering moving to New York City from her home in New Jersey amid rumors that her husband/business partner Kevin Hunter is shacking up with his mistress.

The move makes sense considering that Wendy’s New Jersey home is just blocks away from the alleged love nest Kevin shares with his mistress.

Wendy’s mother-in-law, Pearlet Hunter, told the National Enquirer that Kevin attacked Williams, “choking her, kicking her and punching her in the face.”

“I saw Kevin choking out Wendy! Another time, I witnessed him kicking the s–t out of her and pushing her down the stairs,” Pearlet told The Enquirer exclusively.

Despite the rumors of infidelity and domestic violence, there has been no talk of a divorce.

Wendy, 54, extended her leave of absence from her popular daytime talk show after she fractured her right shoulder late last year.

Celebrity co-hosts have been tapped to fill in for Wendy while she recovers from a recent hospitalization to treat complications related to Graves’ disease.

“Theres been talk of her moving for her health and life to improve,” an insider tells Us Weekly.

Williams herself has discussed the importance of moving around and not allowing any moss to grow under your feet.

“The ocean, after all, is not about stability but about change,” she’s said. “Change is normal. Everything changes all the time.”

TV personality Nick Cannon will fill in for Wendy for 3 days beginning on February 4 to Feb. 6. The host of MTV’s Wild n’ Out announced the news on his Instagram page.

Nick, 38, will host the hour long episodes including Wendy’s popular Hot Topics segment, Ask Wendy, and celebrity interviews.

Update: Wendy Williams surfaced in South Florida on Wednesday, Jan. 30, according to Radaronline.com. She was spotted sopping at a CVS drug store with a friend. It was the first sighting of the daytime talk Diva since she went on hiatus from her show in December.

A witness tells Radar she was in the store for approximately 15 minutes, shopping for toiletries and snacks.
