Embattled rapper Cardi B issued an apology to every man she drugged and robbed back in the day when she was an up-and-coming stripper.

Cardi was cancelled by the Black community after she brazenly admitted to drugging and robbing men in hotel rooms during her days as a stripper.

In a lengthy post on Instagram.com, Cardi humbled herself and explained her mindset when she drugged and robbed her johns. She said the video is 3 years old.

“So I’m seeing on social media that a [life] I did 3 years ago has popped back up. A [life] where I talked about things I had to do in my past right or wrong that I felt I needed to do to make a living.”

She continued:

“There are rappers that glorified murder violence drugs [and] robbing. Crimes they feel they had to do to survive. I never glorified the things I brought up in that live. I never even put those things in my music because I’m not proud of it and I feel a responsibility not to glorify it.”

In a now-deleted video she posted over the weekend, Cardi went on a profanity-laced rant against social media users who said she didn’t put in work to get her bag.

Outraged Twitter users demanded to know why Cardi B isn’t being dragged for admitting to drugging and robbing defenseless men. They pointed out comedian Bill Cosby who is in prison for doing the same thing to unsuspecting women.

The hashtags #CardiBisOver and #CardiBisCancelled trended all weekend on Twitter.com.
