Eva Marcille’s baby daddy Kevin McCall was arrested and charged with domestic violence, according to reports.
The troubled 33-year-old singer-songwriter was taken into custody at the Compton Courthouse on Monday on one felony charge of injuring a spouse or domestic partner in a January 14 incident.
Bail was set at $75,000 and he remains in custody.
McCall has one daughter with Atlanta model and reality TV star Eva Marcille, 34. She and McCall split in 2014 after dating less than a year.
Marcille wed Atlanta attorney and politician Michael Sterling in December 2017. They have a son together.
McCall is currently an independent artist.
