Tristan Thompson just expanded his real estate portfolio by splurging on a $6.5 million mansion in Encino, California.
Tristan, 28, purchased the 9,864 square feet, 7 bedroom, 8 bath mansion to be near his infant daughter True Thompson.
The gated property was purchased on May 24 and boasts high ceilings, custom wine cellar and a swimming pool with marble patio, fire pit, and oversized spa.
The home is about a 25 minute drive from the Calabasas, mansion where ex-girlfriend Khloe Kardashian lives with their 14-month-old daughter.
Khloe and Tristan parted ways after she caught him allegedly cheating with ex-family friend Jordyn Woods.
Tristan also owns a 5-bedroom, 6 bath, 6,424 square foot home in Cleveland, where he plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers NBA team.
Tristan signed a $82 million contract with the Cavs and he becomes an unrestricted free agent in 2020.
According to published reports, Khloe and Tristan remain friends as they co-parent their daughter together.
Khloe, who turned 35 today, will celebrate her milestone at home with family and friends.
