A Georgia woman who was arrested after she claimed to infect multiple men with the HIV virus is not HIV positive. Police arrested Brandi Yakeima Lasiter after she went on a rant on Facebook Live, saying she infected multiple men with the HIV virus.

Police received tips from the public about Lasiter’s Facebook post. The 1-minute video shows Lasiter naming the men she allegedly infected, along with their wives and girlfriends.

But Lasiter provided blood tests that prove she is negative for the HIV virus.

Lasiter reportedly told officers that she “made the video because she was angry” and was not HIV-positive, news station WRBL reported.

One of the men named in the video filed a harassment communications complaint against Lasiter.

Lasiter now faces charges for harassing communications and other misdemeanor charges.
