Rapper Future Hendrix has run out of excuses and time. A Georgia judge ordered him to take a DNA test to determine if he fathered Instagram model Eliza Seraphin‘s daughter, Reign.
Bossip reports the judge ordered Future to undergo DNA testing within the month or face penalties.
The father of 8 or 9 was also ordered to submit his income and other financial documents to the court within the next 10 days or face possible sanctions.
Seraphin told the court she served Future with the paternity suit three times and the last contact was 45 days ago.
Meanwhile, the 36-year-old rapper is busy traveling the world with his latest sexual conquest, Steve Harvey‘s stepdaughter Lori Harvey.
Seraphin believes Future has earned over $19 million in 2019, and she wants her cut for their daughter.
In his response to the court, Future accused Seraphin of calling their 9-month-old daughter Reign a “check baby.”
Future’s lawyers defined a “check baby” as urban slang for conceiving a child for the sole purpose of profiting financially by extorting money from a wealthy sperm donor.
Additionally, the 36-year-old rapper alleges that Eliza took fertility pills to ensure she would get pregnant.
Court documents obtained by TMZ shows that Future spoke with a friend of Eliza’s, who confessed that Eliza researched the total amount of child support he pays to his other baby mamas.
In a social media post on Wednesday, Seraphin denied calling her daughter a “check baby.”
