The 53-year-old Oscar winner shared video footage of her son Maceo Martinez wearing a pair of her white high-heeled boots. In the video he is seen attempting to climb up the hardwood stairs while wearing his mother’s boots.
Halle captioned the video: “#Quarantine Day 12.”
The video raised eyebrows amid concerned social media users who are still trying to process the news that Dwyane Wade‘s son, Zaya Wade, thinks he’s a girl.
Child advocates shamed Halle for allowing the boy to play on the stairs in her boots. They say navigating stairs in high heels is risky even for women who have mastered the art of walking in heels.
Halle shares Maceo with French actor Olivier Martinez. The couple divorced in 2015.
