Wendy Williams is taking another hiatus from her hit talk show as she deals with fatigue and other “symptoms from her Graves’ disease”.

Wendy had been taping episodes of her popular talk show from her Manhattan condo after laying off her staff during the coronavirus pandemic.

The 55-year-old will be taking a break from her self-titled program while struggling with issues such as fatigue, a spokesperson for The Wendy Williams Show said in a statement.

“Wendy has been dealing with symptoms from her Graves’ disease, which is causing fatigue,” the representative said. “In consultation with her doctor and as a precautionary measure, she will be taking some time off as she continues to receive treatment. We look forward to welcoming Wendy back soon and continuing the Wendy@Home shows.”

It’s not as yet clear when Williams will be returning to the talk show.

Williams has suffered from Graves’ disease, an autoimmune disease that affects the thyroid, since 1999. It is the most common cause of hyperthyroidism.

The disease caused her legs to swell, making it difficult for her to walk. She took a six-week hiatus from The Wendy Williams Show in 2019 after fracturing her shoulder.

After returning to the show in March that year, Wendy told her viewers that she had been focusing on her sobriety after spending time at a live-in alcohol rehab facility.
