A housekeeper who was allegedly mauled by Chris Brown’s dog is suing him for unnecessary pain and suffering.
The woman, identified in court papers as Jane Doe, filed a lawsuit after failing to reach an out-of-court settlement with the troubled singer.
According to court documents, Doe was emptying Brown’s trash when his dog attacked her outside his Tarzana, California home in December 2020.
She said she raised her arm to defend herself as the dog mauled her arm and face. She was lying in a pool of blood when Brown emerged from the house and told his crew to take the dog away.
Graphic photos in the court filing shows facial lacerations and a large chunk of flesh taken out of her arm.
Hades was reportedly euthanized weeks after the attack. The woman accused Brown of euthanizing the dog to destroy evidence.
She is seeking unspecified monetary damages related to the incident, citing loss of wages due to being unable to work, medical bills, emotional distress, and pain and suffering.
