Remember when you were a child and your mother used a fake/different voice when talking to strangers than she did when talking to you?
Kim Kardashian‘s eight-year-old daughter North West hilariously called out her mom for using a “different” voice on social media.
North – who Kim shares with estranged husband Kanye West – interrupted her mother’s make-up video on Instagram with a hilarious question about her influencer voice.
“Why do you talk different?” North asked.
Kim, who was caught off guard by the child’s honest question, responded:
“For my videos I’m the same human being. I don’t talk different. How do I talk different? Guys, do you think I talk different when I’m talking about contour?”
North and her 9-year-old cousin Penelope Disick both agreed she did talk differently on camera.
Kim – who also has son Saint, 5, daughter Chicago, three, and son Psalm, 2, with Kanye – asked the precocious pair how she sounds, and North gave an over-the-top impression of her voice, while Penelope giggled.
Her niece nodded when the 40-year-old reality star asked: “Is that how I sound Penelope?”
