Rapper Kodak Black was shot in the leg outside Justin Bieber’s after-party in Los Angeles on Friday night. Witnesses say the shootout occurred after Kodak was denied entry into Bieber’s party at The Nice Guy restaurant in L.A. on Friday.
As the rapper and his entourage were heading to their cars, one of his crew got into a fight with a man in the parking lot — and Kodak jumped in to assist his pal.
According to TMZ, gunshots rang out, sending people scattering in all directions. Kodak was hit in the leg and three others were also shot. None of the injuries were life-threatening.
Kodak was transported to a hospital where he is listed in stable condition, according to TMZ.
Video obtained by TMZ shows the chaos that erupted outside the celebrity hotspot.
Police said they have a description of the suspect but no arrests have been made.
Bieber had performed at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood before hosting his afar-party at The Nice Guy.
Kodak was among the people pardoned by President Donald Trump last year. The troubled rapper is the latest victim of California’s out-of-control crime wave.
