“ECGs will be required of all high school student-athletes prior to the start of their 2021-2022 FHSAA season. Through local medical providers and organizations, ECGs will be offered on high school campuses.”

Low-income students who are uninsured can receive financial assistance to pay for the tests through Florida’s Primary Care Access Network website or by calling (407) 836-PCAN [7226].

The new requirement was announced after several studies found that adolescents and teenagers who received mRNA vaccinations were “seven times more likely to develop myocarditis”.

During his State of the Union address Tuesday night, U.S. Pres. Joe Biden called for the country to move on from the COVID pandemic after nearly 3 years.

He described “commonsense steps” such as the new “Test to Treat” initiative that will provide anti-viral pills “on the spot” to anyone who tests positive for the coronavirus.

Biden also said his administration “will be ready with plenty of vaccines” for children under 5 once they’re approved.

Biden added that “most Americans in most of the country can now be mask free,” and high-quality N95 masks are available for the immunocompromised and other vulnerable Americans.
