Last month Tyrese Gibson was arrested for underpaying child support for the daughter he shares with his second ex-wife, Samantha Lee.

Now Samantha has filed a lien against Tyrese’s mansion in the affluent Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta.

In September, Tyrese was arrested by a Fulton County sheriff’s deputy during a hearing in the child support case. He was released on $73,000 bond.

At a hearing in 2023, Tyrese was ordered to pay Samantha $10,000 a month in child support. The singer/actor was supposed to begin paying child support in April 2023. Additionally, he was ordered to pay legal fees and court costs to Samantha.

Samantha claimed Tyrese had been making payments of $2,200 a month despite the order for $10,000 monthly.

Tyrese argued that the amount was excessive and said his ex-wife did not need that much because she earned money online. His team filed an appeal.

According to In Touch, Samantha’s lawyer placed a lien for $217,231, plus interest, against Tyrese’s 25,000-square-foot Atlanta mansion.

Tyrese previously gave Architectural Digest a tour of the mansion.

“As I pull up to my house every day, I am literally in disbelief that it’s mine. People come over, and they don’t want to leave,” he said at the time.

“I fell in love with this house as it is completely isolated. It is surrounded by greenery.”
