NeNe Leakes is being sued by a woman in North Carolina for depriving her of husband Nyonisela Sioh‘s affection.
Malomine Temeh-Sioh filed a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, alleging that NeNe hooked up with her husband, while disregarding her still-valid marital contract.
Nyoni responded in broken English to his wife’s lawsuit in a since-deleted Instagram post on Thursday.
“The best thing you can do to yourself in life’s not to allow negative people to bring you down to their level; just maintain ur self respect and keep away from them,” he wrote.
“Know that u can’t hangout with negative people and expect to live a positive life. Don’t forget that the less u respond to negative people, like my separated… the more peaceful ur life will become.”
“Avoid the ingrates, those who complain about one thing you haven’t done for them instead of being appreciative for the thousands of things you’ve done for them.”
An “Alienation of affection” lawsuit is brought by a spouse against a third party for violating a marital contract, thus leading to divorce.
TMZ reports Malomine is seeking $100,000 for her pain and suffering, emotional distress, mental anguish, and loss of her husband’s affection.
NeNe has not responded yet. Anything she does say can be used against her in court.
