Who didn’t see this coming? NeNe Leakes is being sued by her boyfriend’s long-suffering wife for allegedly depriving her of his affection.

Malomine Temeh-Sioh filed a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, which claims that NeNe hooked up with her husband while disregarding her still-valid marital contract.

NeNe and Malomine’s husband, Nyonisela Sioh, are pictured above at Quality Control’s CEO Pierre “Pee” Thomas‘ Birthday Celebration at the Fox Theater in Atlanta on Wednesday, June 1.

An “Alienation of affection” lawsuit is brought by a spouse against a third party for violating a marital contract, thus leading to divorce.

The legal offense is still recognized as a “tort” in some jurisdictions but banned in others. North Carolina is one of 7 states where an injured party (a suffering wife) can sue a spouse’s extramarital partner for alienation of affection.

The evidence of NeNe’s wrongdoing is well-documented by TMZ and other gossip blogs. There are paparazzi photos and videos of her with Nyonisela in Atlanta, Miami, and on vacation in exotic locales.

NeNe allegedly began dating Nyoni, while her own husband, Greg Leakes, lay on his deathbed last year. NeNe claims Greg gave her his blessing to step out on him while he was still above ground.

Malomine says NeNe’s brazen actions humiliated her publicly and damaged her relationship with her husband.

TMZ reports Malomine is seeking $100,000 for her pain and suffering, emotional distress, mental anguish, and loss of her husband’s affection.

NeNe is no stranger to lawsuits. As TMZ previously reported, she recently accused the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” producers of creating a toxic workplace by not reeling in “racist” Kim Zolciak-Biermann.

NeNe claimed the show’s producers ignored her complaints about years of racist remarks hurled her way by her fellow cast member.
