Cardi B upset her fans by getting her first face tattoo. On Sunday, a Los Angeles tattoo artist shared a video that shows him working on Cardi while she hides her face.
He captioned the video, “Today’s work Cardi B” in Spanish.
The “Bodak Yellow” rapper later shared a photo of herself posing with the tattoo artist, but the new ink is not visible in the photo. Some fans speculate that it says “RIP” in red letters to honor a deceased bloods gang member. Cardi is a reputed member of the bloods.
Fans vented their anger in the comment section. Many said she would regret disfiguring her face.
