Tia Mowry officially served estranged husband Cory Hardrict with divorce papers after he publicly stated “I still love my wife.”
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Tia’s process service served Cory at a private residence in Studio City on Oct. 21.
Cory took his case to the court of public opinion after Tia announced their separation earlier this month.
Tia cited “irreconcilable differences” after 14 years of marriage. She is seeking joint custody of their two children and no spousal support to either party.

On Oct. 18, Cory took to Instagram and praised Tia. “I love my beautiful family, I love my kids, love my wife. Love all you guys. It’s all love,” he said.
In her divorce petition, Tia said there is a prenuptial agreement which entitles each party to the assets they brought into the marriage.
The prenup was signed before they tied the knot in 2008.
Cory denied rumors that he cheated on Tia.
In a cryptic message after she filed for divorce, Tia wrote, “Letting go can be painful. But it won’t hurt as much holding on to an illusion.”
Meanwhile, the 44-year-old actress is working out at a gym in case she decides to dive back into the dating pool.
