Elon Musk shut down Twitter users who asked him to let Alex Jones back on Twitter.
Political activist Kim Dotcom was among the users who asked Musk to restore Jones’ Twitter account after he reinstated Donald Trump on Saturday.
But Musk cited the death of his firstborn child, who died at 10 weeks from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.
“My firstborn child died in my arms,” Musk tweeted on Sunday. “I felt his last heartbeat. I have no mercy for anyone who would use the deaths of children for gain, politics or fame.”

Musk, 51, is a father of six sons with ex-wife Justine Musk. He is pictured with his first child by ex-girlfriend Grimes, a boy named X AE A-12. Musk and Grimes also welcomed a daughter in March 2022.
Alex Jones was ordered to pay Sandy Hook parents $1.5 billion in damages and legal fees after they sued him for saying their children were “child actors” and the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre was a staged event.
26 people were killed, including 20 children, during the mass shooting on December 14, 2012, in Newtown, Connecticut.
