A 10-year-old Wisconsin boy who fatally shot his mom for refusing to buy him a $500 Oculus virtual reality headset asked a judge to lower his bond from $50,000 to $100.

The boy’s defense attorney asked a Milwaukee court judge to lower his bail to just $100 – the amount in the boy’s piggy bank.

However, the judge refused to lower the bail amount, saying none of his relatives are willing to serve as his guardian if he was released.

Prosecutors said the boy shot his mom, Quiana Mann, 44, in the face before logging into her Amazon account to buy the VR headset.

Police said the shooting happened around 7 a.m. on November 21 at the family home near 87th Street and Calumet.

After shooting his mother, the child stashed the gun in a closet and told his 26-year-old sister that he killed their mom accidentally. The sister called police.

The child told police he shot his mom by accident while playing with a gun. Cops initially released the boy into the custody of his grandmother.

The next day, the boy told his grandmother he was “sorry” for killing his mother. Then he asked her where his Amazon package was.

The family said the boy has “rage issues” and mental problems that includes hearing voices.

When he was 4 years old, the boy allegedly swung the family’s puppy around by its tail, according to the complaint obtained by DailyMail.com.

Among the early signs of conduct disorder in psychotic children are cruelty to animals and playing with fire.

The boy is charged with First Degree Reckless Homicide or the alternative, First Degree Intentional Homicide. He is being held in a juvenile detention facility.

Wisconsin state law tries children as young as 10 as adults for serious crimes, such as murder. He faces up to 60 years in prison if convicted.
