Keyshia Ka’Oir provided a receipt that shows her husband, rapper Gucci Mane paid the funeral expenses for his artist Big Scarr.

Scarr, 22, died last month from a drug overdose. The rapper, real name Alexander Woods, was best known for his singles “SoIcyBoyz” and “Make A Play,” the latter of which caught the attention of Gucci Mane who signed him to his 1017 Records in 2020.

Gucci paid tribute to Scarr on social media, then he apparently cut off all contact with the family.

Scarr’s little brother Quezz took to social media to blast Gucci for hanging up on when the funeral home called about the expenses.

Quezz also said Gucci Mane requested the return of Scarr’s diamond chip chains for a possible refund.

Quezz claimed Gucci is broke and was avoiding them. Quezz also said Gucci spent all his cash on Keyshia’s birthday celebration.

So Keyshia posted a debit card receipt that shows a $10,000 payment to a Memphis funeral home. She wrote on the post: “Payment directly to funeral home. Leave my husband alone!”

In a follow-up post, Keyshia said Gucci also sent flowers to the funeral home.

It’s a shame that Scarr’s brother had to put Gucci on blast to get him to do the right thing.

Many rappers are broke and pretending to be rich in these post-pandemic streets. One lawsuit or a RICO charge can send most rappers to the poor house.
