Nia Long, 52, denied rumors that she is dating former B2K lead singer Omarion, 38. The single mom of 2 took to social media to deny the rumors over the weekend.
The rumors began after Nia and Omarion posed together for photos at the Jan. 17 premiere of Netflix’s You People movie in Los Angeles.
While they seemed friendly, Nia says they are not intimately involved.
“Everybody simmer down. I’m single AF,” she wrote under an Instagram video.
Nia split from her longtime fiancé, former Boston Celtics coach Ime Udoka after she learned he cheated on her with an NBA staffer.
The woman’s husband – an executive for the Celtics – reported Ime to his higher ups after he caught them together on a Ring doorbell camera.
Nia and Ime share an 11-year-old son, Kez Udoka. She also has a son, Massai Zhivago Dorsey II, 22, from a prior relationship.
Nia moved from Boston to the West Coast not long after Ime’s embarrassing scandal broke in the news. She doesn’t seem too eager to jump back into the dating pool.
Eligible bachelors say she ignores their DMs on Instagram and she hasn’t been seen out on dates with anyone.
Friends say Nia is focusing on raising her son to be a good man.
