Megan Thee Stallion threw out the first pitch for the Houston Astros’ 2023 season opener on Thursday night.
The rapper wore a tiny Houston Astros jersey that was tied in the front with her surname “Pete” on the back. She also rocked white jeans that looked like they were painted on.
The cameraman managed to keep the camera steady while Megan threw out the first pitch that went a little wide.

The Houston native was invited to participate in the pre-game ceremony for the World Series champions’ opener against the Chicago White Sox at Minute Maid Park.

Megan will be very busy in the coming months. She and pop singer Mariah Carey are set to headline L.A.’s Gay Pride in the Park Festival in June.
And Megan and Lauryn Hill are set to headline the 2023 ESSENCE Festival of Culture in New Orleans from June 29 to July 3.
Megan’s pitching duties came a day after it was reported that Tory Lanez filed an appeal for a new trial following his conviction for shooting her in both feet in 2020.
In January, Tory’s lawyers successfully delayed his sentencing date until April while they reviewed trial transcripts.
