Singer Jacquees was arrested in Gwinnett County, Ga. on June 24 and charged with simple battery and obstructing law enforcement.

Jacquees was reportedly punched in the face by security guards at a nightclub after he choked and bit a woman.

The incident happened at the Local Tap bar near the Mall of Georgia, around 11:30 p.m.

The victim and witnesses say Jacquees, 29, was drunk and being “loud and boisterous” at the club. Jacquees allegedly fought with security before running to a nearby parking lot.

After police arrived, the Cash Money rapper tried to flee in a Ferrari. However, one of the cops fired a stun gun that immobilized him. He was then placed under arrest.

Jacquees was booked into the Gwinnett County Jail and released hours later on a $3,700 bond.
