A Miami stripper was arrested and charged with stealing $62,000 from a customer after plying him with alcohol.
Police say Yannelin Rivera-Bosaw, 34, is one of several strippers who performed lap dances for the customer in a private VIP room at Playmates last Friday.
The dancers reportedly told the man the tequila was “on the house.” The women allegedly poured tequila down his throat until he was too drunk to stand. Then Rivera-Bosaw allegedly stole the man’s cell phone and wallet.
Police say that at some point, the man noticed his phone and wallet were missing. He checked his bank accounts and discovered unauthorized wire transfers. He then realized Rivera-Bosaw had entered her number in his phone in order to wire herself money.
The victim contacted his banks and called the police.
Rivera-Bosaw reportedly sent a text message to her husband and a friend complaining that the man had canceled one of her PayPal wire transfers.
A total of $62,345 was stolen from the victim in just a matter of hours, The NY Post reported.
Rivera-Bosaw told detectives that she initiated the money transfers, but the victim authorized them.
Investigators also found evidence on her phone that she sold growth hormone and steroids to customers in the strip club.
Rivera-Bosaw is no longer employed at Playmates.
