Tia Mowry will keep her $4.3 million mansion in her divorce settlement with actor Cory Hardrict. Cory and Tia signed an ironclad prenup before tying the knot in 2008.

Cory, 43, met the “Sister, Sister” star when she spotted him sitting on a bus bench in 2000. They dated for six years and became engaged on Christmas Day 2006.

According to court documents, obtained by RadarOnline, Tia’s attorney Laura Wasser informed the court that her client and Cory have “entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support.”

Tia, 44, and Cory will share custody of their 2 children, Cree, 11, and Cairo, 5. They will split medical costs and other expenses for the children. She will get full ownership of the family’s home in Studio City, which she paid for, according to EURweb.

In October, Tia shocked fans by announcing she was filing for divorce. Their marriage seemed rock solid, but there were rumors of infidelities on both sides.

Since infidelity doomed their marriage, Tia and Cory agreed to a “new romantic partners” clause as part of their divorce.

“Each party is restrained from introducing the minor children to a new romantic partner until the party has been in an exclusive relationship with the romantic partner for at least six months,” the clause reads.

According to The Blast, “Each party is further restrained from permitting his or her new romantic partner from spending overnights when the minor children are with that custodial parent during the first six months of the exclusive relationship.”

The agreement also prohibits Tia and Cory from speaking negatively or in a “disrespectful or derogatory manner to or about the other party in the children’s presence or within hearing distance of the minor children.”
