Dwight Howard is being sued by a man who says the former NBA star forced him into a threesome with another male.
In legal filings obtained by Radar Online, Stephen Harper accused Howard of assault and battery and forcing him into a threesome with another man.
Harper claims he slid his phone number in a DM to the former Lakers star from his secondary Instagram account on May 29. 2021.
Harper claimed Howard responded by texting a devil emoji to his phone. The two men continued texting each other and Howard allegedly asked Harper for his real name and his main Instagram account.
After viewing Harper’s main IG account, the eight-time NBA All-Star asked Harper to send nude pics, according to the lawsuit.
Harper claimed Howard told him he was “into freaky” sexual content and that he wanted to see Mr. Harper’s nudes and “c—shots,” the lawsuit alleged.
Howard, 37, allegedly made it clear to Harper that he wasn’t gay.
“Now I want you to know I’m not like gay or anything. I’m jus a lil nasty sometimes. Ion wanna offend you [sic],” Howard texted.
“From May of 2021 through July of 2021, Mr. Harper and [Howard] continued to exchange text messages, several of which included sexually explicit content, such as photographs and videos,” according to the complaint.
Harper claimed Howard contacted him on July 19, 2021, to say he was “thinking about that meat.” He allegedly told Harper he wanted him to come to his Atlanta area home.
Howard allegedly told Harper his son was asleep and that Harper would have to leave before the house woke up.
While en route to Howard’s house, Harper claimed Howard texted him asking if Harper wanted to have a threesome with a “dude” or a “girl.”
Harper told Howard he wasn’t interested in a threesome.
After arriving, Harper said the two men went to Howard’s bedroom where they quickly got undressed and “engaged in consensual kissing.”
Harper said he saw Howard texting someone. A few minutes later, a male cross-dresser named “Kitty” arrived. Harper said Kitty performed oral sex on Howard, which made Harper uncomfortable.
Harper claimed Howard began to stroke his genitals through his underwear. Harper said he told Howard “no,” which led to Howard becoming angry.
Harper claims Howard forcibly removed his underwear and attempted nonconsensual oral sex while threatening him.
Harper says he was in constant fear of bodily harm because Howard had him pinned to the bed. Howard allegedly stopped when Harper was not becoming sexually aroused.
He said Howard forced him to perform oral sex while Kitty “anally penetrated” Howard.
Afterwards, Harper got dressed and called an Uber. Harper said he felt “extremely violated and humiliated and was in complete shock.”
Howard has not responded to a blogger’s repeated requests for a comment.
