Sha’Carri, 23, got off to a poor start and was unable to catch Julien at the finish line.
Julien was clocked at 10.89 seconds to Sha’Carri’s 10.97. Tamari Davis of the U.S. came in 3rd at 11.02 seconds.

Black Twitter blamed Sha’Carri’s 40-inch green hair extensions for slowing her speed.
One person tweeted: “I honestly feel like that long hair is hurting Sha’Carri’s speed. Surely has to be working against her.”
Sha’Carri went viral 2 weeks ago when she threw down her wig before winning the 100-meter title in a blistering 10.71 seconds at the USA Track and Field Championships.
On Sunday, Sha’Carri beat Jamaica’s Shericka Jackson, the fastest woman in the world this year, at the Diamond League meeting in Chorzow, Poland.
