Wendy Williams’ ex-husband is selling his $1.2 million Florida home to pay off his financial debts.
Kevin Hunter was forced to put his house up for sale as his financial situation worsens.
According to real estate records, obtained by Radar Online, Kevin found a buyer for his 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 3,425 sq. ft. home that he shares with his partner, Sharina, and their daughter in Parkland, Florida.
He first listed the house in April for $1.3 million after purchasing it for $795,000 in 2020. The property went under contract on June 29 and is pending.
Kevin and Sharina moved from New Jersey to Florida months after his divorce from Wendy was finalized.
Kevin and his son Kevin Hunter Jr. were cut off from Wendy’s money after a judge appointed a guardian to oversee her finances.
Wells Fargo froze her bank accounts containing $3 million when her former accountant told bank officials she had dementia and was being taken advantage of by others who made unauthorized withdrawals.
Wendy has been out of work since July 2021 after suffering mental health issues and medical problems.
