The backlash against body positive singer Lizzo continues amid allegations that she sexually harassed former dancers.
Lizzo was sued by three former dancers, Crystal Williams, Noelle Rodriguez and Arianna Davis, who accused her of fat-shaming them and creating a “hostile work environment.”
Six more former dancers came forward this week with similar allegations against the disgraced pop singer.
Now an NFL insider tells DailyMail.com exclusively that Lizzo was dropped from the list of potential Super Bowl halftime performers.
“Talks of Lizzo being a part of the Halftime festivities, or performing the National Anthem, are dead now that she is surrounded by scandal,” the source said.
The news comes days after Jay Z canceled his upcoming Made In America festival that was scheduled for next month in Philadelphia.
Lizzo was the headliner for the Made In America festival. She is also a client of Jay Z’s Roc Nation entertainment agency.
Lizzo’s handlers are reportedly scrambling to salvage what’s left of her career.
“It is becoming more and more difficult with more people coming forth accusing her of extremely inappropriate acts,” a music-industry insider tells DailyMail.com.
“Lizzo has raked in a massive amount of money but her [15 minutes are] pretty much up it seems and no one knows if she will be able to recover from this,” the source added.
