Solange Knowles caught up with Jatavia Johnson, a.k.a. JT of Miami’s City Girls rap duo, for an impromptu twerk session at her private event.
The new pals were seen twerking in a video after attending Solange’s Saint Heron and Crown Royal’s private event in L.A. on Monday, Aug. 28.
According to The Jasmine Brand, “they celebrated her big accomplishment with family and friends at the home of Black pioneering architect Paul R. Williams while dancing to ‘Poke It Out’ by Playboi Carti and Nicki Minaj.”
In the short clip, Beyonce’s baby sister twerk’s on JT’s back as the Houston native tells her, “Poke It Out.” Then Solange taps JT’s butt and yells “Poke It Out” while the rapper bends over and shows off her twerking skills.
Solange, 37, looked stunning in a black floor length evening gown.
The video was uploaded to Twitter/X by another attendee. Social media users chastised the attendee for revealing a private moment between the two women.
“People can’t even party in private,” one Twitter/X user wrote. While another person posted, “[Whoever] leaked it will never see another invite. Let people BE… everything isn’t meant for socials.”
