Former Bad Boy Records president Harve Pierre (left) and the label founded by Sean Combs (right) are being sued by Pierre’s former personal assistant.

The lawsuit filed in New York County Supreme Court by “Jane Doe” claims Pierre r*ped her “on multiple occasions in New York City and other locations throughout the country” from 2016 to 2017.

According to the Complaint, obtained by Rolling Stone: “Pierre used his position of authority as plaintiff’s boss to groom, exploit, and s**ually assault her. “Pierre engaged in a year-long pattern of grooming plaintiff, leading to s**ual harassment of plaintiff, and s**ual assault.”

The Complaint states Bad Boy Records execs “knew or should have known that Pierre was unfit to be in a position of authority before Pierre s**ually assaulted plaintiff.”

Pierre met Combs when they were both students at Howard University. He began working for Bad Boy Records in 1993. He worked his way up from an intern and Combs’ assistant to a senior-level position before leaving the company in 1995.

Pierre eventually returned to become president of Bad Boy until December 2017. He is now a “partial owner” of the company that helped launch the careers of Notorious B.I.G., Craig Mack, Ma$e, Faith Evans, Total, and 112.

Bad Boy Records issued a statement through a representative.

“We have recently become aware of a lawsuit filed in New York by a former employee,” a spokesperson for Bad Boy told Rolling Stone on Wednesday.

“The allegations are from many years ago that were never brought to the attention of the company. Neither the plaintiff nor the executive are current employees of the company. We are now investigating the allegations, and our top priority is the safety and well-being of our employees.”

The suit comes less than a week after former Bad Boy artist Cassie Ventura reached a settlement with Combs, whom she accused of r*pe and abuse for over a decade.
