“Basketball Wives LA” cast member Brittish Williams pleaded with a judge to delay the date she has to surrender to prison so she can spend Christmas with her 5-year-old daughter named Dash.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Williams’s scheduled surrender date is December 11, 2023.

Williams pled guilty to 15 federal charges, including bank fraud, insurance fraud, misuse of social security numbers, misuse of pandemic funds and falsifying documents to the IRS.

Williams continued to commit fraud after she was indicted by federal prosecutors in September 2021.

Prosecutors say she collected pandemic-related rent relief and submitted bogus medical bills to an insurance company, according to River Front Times.

Williams, who turns 34 on Dec. 28, is appealing her four-year prison sentence in Club Fed.

In a new motion, Williams claims she is the “sole caregiver” for her minor daughter. She said she needs time to help the child deal with the “upcoming transition” of her going away to prison.

Williams said she is “heartbroken” and her daughter “desperately” wants to spend Christmas with her. Her lawyer said it would “mean a great deal for them to have that time together.”

Williams said her mother will be caring for her daughter while she’s in prison and she needs to find a suitable home for them live in.

“Ms. Williams and her mother have been working to find the necessary place. They believe that she will be able to move in by the end of December. A little more time is needed to get a suitable living space for them. They have been working on it. They will not need more than a 30-day extension to get all of these issues finalized,” her lawyer said.

The lawyer proposed a new prison check-in date of January 11. The judge has yet to rule on the motion.

Williams was engaged to Obras Sanitarias player Lorenzo Gordon. The two have since split.
