The Department of Justice dropped a bombshell on Thursday.
In a long-awaited report, Special Counsel Robert Hur announced that President Biden is mentally unfit to face charges.
Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed Hur last year to investigate whether Biden kept classified documents.
In interviews with investigators, Biden couldn’t remember when he was vice president or when his son Beau Biden died.
Hur concluded that 81-year-old Biden “willfully retained” classified documents when he was a senator and vice president.
However, Hur said Biden will not face charges because he has “diminished faculties and a faulty memory.”
Hur’s report claimed that, If Biden were charged, he would appear to a jury “as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”
In a surprise press conference on Thursday night, Biden lashed out at the special counsel.
“My memory is fine,” Biden said.

The damning DOJ report comes amid rumors that former First Lady Michelle Obama is planning to run for president.

The special counsel’s report seems to be a step in that direction.
Observers believe former President Barack Obama greenlit the DOJ report for release on Thursday.
A popular Twitter user with over 2 million followers tweeted that Biden was betrayed by his inner circle.
“In a coordinated attack, the media, the DOJ, and the Democrat party are throwing Joe Biden under the bus today,” the user wrote.
