TMZ reported that an official court docket update on Wednesday suggested a settlement had been reached in the Jones v. Combs lawsuit in NYC.

Per the court docket, a settlement conference was held on Wednesday, where the two parties reached an agreement.

The docket stated that the two parties would submit a draft of their agreement by next week, according to TMZ.

The docket update also said the parties appeared for the Wednesday conference by video.

However, the docket was later updated to remove the settlement language.

Jones filed a lawsuit against Combs and others in the Southern District of New York on Feb. 26.

Jones stated he lived with Combs in Miami, New York, and L.A. while working on Combs’ The Love Album from September 2022 to November 2023.

He alleged he was “the victim of constant unsolicited and unauthorized groping and touching of his anus by Mr. Combs.”

Jones claimed Combs exposed himself and showered in a clear glass enclosure in full view of Jones.

A Bad Boy staffer allegedly told Jones that Combs’ groping of Mr. Jones anus and genitals, was “friendly horseplay,” and that those acts were Mr. Combs way of “showing that he likes you.”

Combs quickly settled a s*xual harassment lawsuit filed by his ex-girlfriend Cassie last year.
