A morbidly obese TikTok user blocked a travel nurse/RN who gave her unsolicited advice about her unhealthy eating habits.

Cekeyus (a.k.a Eat with Cekeyus) records videos of herself eating unhealthy food on TikTok.

RN Curtis, who uses the TikTok handle @travelnursecurtis, attempted to educate Cekeyus about the health risks of obesity.

After praising her cooking, Curtis said, “Listen, Cekeyus, those burgers, the bacon, the cheese – looks all delicious. But they can have an everlasting, long-lasting effect.”

Curtis explained that, as a RN, he has seen the long-lasting effects of unhealthy eating habits (diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.)

He said he used to be 350 lbs before he underwent gastric bypass surgery and lost weight.

Cekeyus responded by blocking the kindhearted stranger on all of her social media pages.

Curtis’s post to Cekeyus was viewed over 2.9 million times. In a follow-up post, Curtis sounded emotional as he explained that Cekeyus blocked him from viewing her content.

“Cekeyus, I want you to know that I meant no disrespect, no harm. I’m still your number 1 fan. I love your content, and I can’t wait to see where you go in life,” he said.

He added, “I’m a RN, I’m a travel nurse, and that’s one of the things we do as nurses is educate people.”

Some TikTok followers accused Curtis of trying to “blow up” on TikTok, but he denied it.

Others received his message and inquired about becoming registered nurses and the gastric bypass operation.

One follower said Cekeyus (and other morbidly obese women) know they have unhealthy eating habits, but they don’t care.
