Sean Combs’ former nanny has dropped her lawsuit against him for wrongful termination. The plaintiff, Raven Wales-Walden sued the Bad Boy Records founder in 2022.
Combs, 54, is pictured with his 17-year-old daughters, D’Lila, Chance, and Jessie.
Wales-Walden claimed Combs fired her for being an unwed mother, which set a “bad example” for his twin daughters.
Wales-Walden became full-time nanny after her boss, Kim Porter, died of pneumonia on November 15, 2018.
In court documents, Wales-Walden described herself as a “niece-like figure” to Porter. She was hired as Porter’s personal assistant and to help as a nanny.
The day after Porter died, Combs asked Wales-Walden to move into his estate and work as full-time nanny to his then-11-year-old twins.
Combs fired Wales-Walden in January 2021 because she was “pregnant and unmarried.”
Combs described the lawsuit as a “meritless shakedown.”
According to MyNewsLA, on April 2, Wales-Walden dismissed her lawsuit with prejudice, meaning it can’t be refiled.
The court papers do not indicate if a financial settlement was reached.
Combs faces multiple lawsuits for s3xual harassment. He quickly settled a s3xual assault lawsuit filed by ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in November 2023.
