The Buckhead lounge where ex-Douglas County Judge Christina Peterson was arrested has been evicted.

Video footage shows furniture, alcohol and other items set out on the sidewalk outside the Red Martini Restaurant and Lounge on Wednesday.

According to the Atlanta Police Department, officers responded to a report of people stealing the lounge’s merchandise that had been set outside.

People are seen rummaging through boxes of alcohol in the parking lot.

According to FOX 5 Atlanta, the owner of the lounge says the landlord evicted them even though they paid the rent. The owner told FOX 5 they were in court attempting to stop the eviction.

The landlord declined to speak to FOX 5 about the eviction.

A beauty supply store near Atlanta was also evicted on Wednesday. People were seen filling shopping baskets and their cars with merchandise.

The Red Martini was recently in the news when ex-Judge Christina Peterson was arrested for hitting a police officer at the club on June 20.

Peterson denied being under the influence of alcohol and she said she only had one glass of wine.

The Supreme Court of Georgia removed Peterson from the bench following her arrest.
