Actress Halle Berry was spotted filming scenes for “Crime 101” on Venice Beach in California. Halle is fighting a judge who ordered her to pay ex Olivier Martinez $360,000. According to court documents obtained by In Touch, the judge presiding over her bitter divorce ordered Halle, 58, to pay $360,000 to help Martinez pay his lawyers. However, the judge also said Olivier should pay Halle sanctions in the amount of $59,893. Halle must pay the difference, which comes to $217,000.
Halle’s lawyer argued, “Halle should not be forced to pay for Olivier’s unreasonable conduct when he is the sole reason why the fees and costs have escalated in this case.” Per their 2023 settlement, Halle agreed to pay Olivier $8,000 a month in child support. The judge has yet to make a decision on Halle’s request for sole legal custody of their 11-year-old son Maceo.
