Sean Combs’ son Christian Combs was served with a sex assault lawsuit at Sean Combs‘ Miami mansion.
Christian, an aspiring rapper also known as “King Combs,” was served with the paperwork at his father’s Star Island mansion. The lawsuit was filed by Grace O’Marcaigh, who accuses Christian of assault, battery, sexual assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
The lawsuit stems from a July 2022 incident when O’Marcaigh worked on the Victorious yacht chartered by Combs.
According to the documents, obtained by Black Enterprise, the Bad Boy Records founder turned “what was sold as a wholesome family excursion into a hedonistic environment.”
As part of her duties as a hostess, O’Marcaigh, 27, served dinner and drinks to guests from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. During her shift, she said she saw a “constant rotation of suspected sex workers” and celebrities partying and taking drugs.
“It resulted in an unexpected increase in workload for her and her colleagues as well as unwanted exposure to unlawful drug use, sex work, and general chaos,” the lawsuit states.
O’Marcaigh said that Christian boarded the yacht with music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones Jr. — who also filed a lawsuit accusing Combs of s3xual assault.
O’Marcaigh alleged that when Christian came aboard, he was “heavily intoxicated” and paid particular attention to her, which she “considered very inappropriate.”
She claimed Christian “pressured” her to drink tequila and cornered her in a room where he became “physical and extremely aggressive by groping her.”
O’Marcaigh said she has 2 recordings that show her “declining alcohol, saying she had to leave and telling Christian to stop touching her with what sounds like kissing noises in the background.”
Later, she said Christian approached her and asked her to find him a place to sleep. Despite her ordeal with him earlier, she directed him to a movie theater where he could sleep. But she said Christian grabbed her arms and blocked her in when she tried to leave.
Her complaint included a photo of bruises on her arm – which she said was taken after the incident.
“Like father, like son. It gives us no joy or pleasure in filing this suit against Christian Combs,” O’Marcaigh’s NY-based attorney Tyrone Blackburn said in a statement to NBC News.
Los Angeles-based attorney Rodney S. Diggs added, “I applaud Grace for being so brave to come forward with her truth. Hopefully her story will inspire others to come forward.”
Grace stated that she continues to experience significant harm as a result of Christian’s actions.
“[Grace’s] mental health deteriorated to the point that she was medicated and required intensive therapy. Additionally, she fell into a deep depression and was unable to fully carry out her maid of honor duties at the wedding of her only sister in June 2023, which she had been looking forward to doing for over eighteen months,” her lawyer wrote.
O’Marcaigh is seeking unspecified compensation for her loss of gainful employment and pain and suffering.
