Rumors are swirling that Nicki Minaj is pregnant with twins at age 42. Nicki and her husband Kenneth Petty, 46, share a son nicknamed Papa Bear, born Sept. 30, 2020.
The pregnancy rumors have not been confirmed or denied. Nicki last updated her X (Twitter) account on December 2nd. The reason for her absence from social media is unknown.
Nicki’s fans note that she announced a new album release for 2025 and a world tour in 2026. That gives her enough time to give birth and spend time with her three children before returning to the studio.
One fan wrote: “THAT EXPLAINS WHY SHE’S ON A HAITUS.”
Another fan wrote: “Nicki is really pregnant and they not gonna like it.”
A third person noted: “oh it might be true she said on Mamita “had my son now lemme go have my daughter tho.”
Nicki is considered one of the most influential female rappers of all time. The Trinidadian rapper is best known for her hit songs “Moment 4 Life”, “Starships”, “Super Bass”, “Anaconda”, “Your Love”, “Right Thru Me”, and “Super Freaky Girl.”
Her 2010 debut album, Pink Friday, went 4x platinum and had seven singles reach the Billboard’s Hot 100 at the same time. Her follow up album, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, was released in 2012.
Before she was famous, Nicki was fired from a Red Lobster restaurant for being rude to the customers.
