Before fleeing to Japan last week, rapper Ye West, formerly Kanye West, went on a rant accusing the Kardashians of being sex traffickers.

He lashed out at the mother of his four children, Kim Kardashian for allowing their eldest daughter, North West, to appear in a music video with alternative singer FKA Twigs.

In his rant, Ye complained that his daughter was “dressed all grown” in the music video. He also disagreed with North appearing on a track with jailed rapper Sean Combs.

North, 11, drops a verse on FKA’s new track “Childlike Things.” The song is from FKA’s third studio album, Eusexua, released on January 24, 2025.

The album peaked at No. 24 on the Billboard Top 200 albums list.

In a skit in the music video, Twigs plays an aspiring rap artist who recruits a younger rapper to help her get on Spotify’s discover page.

“My fans think I’m a deity. They don’t like it when I put rappers on my songs,” Twigs tells a music executive, before introducing North West.

“Welcome to the stage the sartorial goddess,” Twigs says. “The raspy voice troublemaker and truth teller, producer and rapper extraordinaire. The one, the only, North West.”

In an Instagram video, Twigs explained how North West ended up on the song.

Twigs, 37, said she originally wrote the song when she was 12 or 13. North wrote her own verse in the song.
