An arrest warrant was issued for singer/actor Tyrese Gibson after his 4 Cane Corso dogs allegedly mauled a neighbor’s dog to death.

According to Fulton County police, the four dogs roamed around Tyrese’s Buckhead neighborhood on Sept. 18. The dogs allegedly attacked a neighbor’s 5-year-old King Charles Cavalier Spaniel named Henry.

Henry’s owner, Harrison Parker, told investigators he let the dog out around 10 p.m. and 10 minutes later, he found Henry dead in the driveway.

Parker said Henry suffered internal injuries, including broken ribs and severe internal bleeding. Henry was also covered in slobber.

“He loved to go outside,” Parker said. “And so he would paw at the door and I just opened the door, let him outside. He was well-trained. He had an invisible fence, which he learned the boundaries of very well.”

Security video from across the street showed the four dogs scratching at a neighbor’s door and running through yards shortly before the attack.

Police gave Tyrese a week to turn himself in, but he posted on social media that he was taking a mental health break through November.

According to Fulton County Police Animal Services Captain Nicole Dwyer, Tyrese was warned multiple times about his Cane Corsos prowling the neighborhood off leash. “It is the negligence on his part as the homeowner and animal owner, just letting them roam free,” Dwyer said. “And now they have killed an innocent animal.”

Earlier this month, Tyrese live-streamed a video showing off his four dogs, mother, father, and two puppies, roaming around on fake grass by his pool.

The “Fast & Furious” actor explained that his female Cane Corso had 12 puppies in a litter. He sold all but 2 of the puppies. He said he’s selling the last 2 puppies for $5,000 each.

In the video, Tyrese joked with his dog, King, “Anybody comes to this house I want you to bite their f–ing ankles off. You hear me? When you bite the ankles off, I want you to leave the ankles at my front door. You got me?”

In 2024, Tyrese listed his 25,000-sq. ft. Tuxedo Court mansion for sale, but he took the house off the market when his ex-wife, Samantha, placed a lien for $217,231, plus interest, against it.

Tyrese previously gave Architectural Digest a tour of the mansion.

“As I pull up to my house every day, I am literally in disbelief that it’s mine. People come over, and they don’t want to leave,” he said at the time.

“I fell in love with this house as it is completely isolated. It is surrounded by greenery.”
