According to vlogger Tasha K, Cardi B’s NFL boyfriend Stefon Diggs is expecting twins with K’yanna “KJ” Barber, best known as “Kiki” from Drake’s hit song “In My Feelings.”

In the hit song, Drake asks “Kiki” if she loves him. He also referenced her initials “KB” on the track.
“Kiki, do you love me?/ Are you riding?/ Say you’ll never ever leave from beside me/ ‘Cause I want ya, and I need ya/ And I’m down for you always/ KB, do you love me?/ Are you riding?/ Say you’ll never ever leave from beside me/ ‘Cause I want ya, and I need ya/ And I’m down for you always.”
K’yanna wasn’t sure if Drake was referring to her in the song. Then she and her mom listened to the album together.
“When we heard ‘KB’ that’s when my mom started going crazy because that’s my actual initials,” K’yanna said.
Now she’s reportedly pregnant with Stefon’s second set of twins. He is also expecting twins with Cay Benji, who already has a child with him.
If you’re keeping score: Stefon already has 4 children by 4 different women. In addition, he’s expecting a baby with Cardi b, and two sets of twins. That’s a total of 9 children by 6 women!
It’s a good thing he has a three-year, $69 million contract with the New England Patriots. He has a lot of mouths to feed!
