Nicki Minaj risks losing her $20 million Hidden Hills, Ca. home over massive debt she owes.

Last year Thomas Weidenmuller was awarded $503,000 in a lawsuit over an alleged assault by Nicki’s husband, Kenneth “Zoo” Petty in 2019.

On October 6, Weidenmuller asked the court to seize the rapper’s home to be sold on the courthouse steps to satisfy the debt she owes.

Weidenmuller was a security guard at one of Nicki’s concerts in Germany when Kenny sucker punched him in 2019.

Property records show Nicki purchased the 11-bedroom, 16-bath, 12,000-square ft. home in Hidden Hills for $19.5 million in December 2022.

The home has since been appraised at over $20 million.

Records show Nicki has a $13.2 million mortgage lien on the home and a $722,151 homestead exemption.

Additionally, Nicki reportedly owes the IRS millions in back taxes.

Weidenmuller’s lawyer told the court, “The property’s current fair market value is appraised at $20 million, yielding approximately $6 million in equity beyond the lien and exemption. That amount is more than sufficient to satisfy the judgment, plus accrued interest and enforcement costs.”

The lawyer added: “Although it is regrettable that the extraordinary measure of forcing the sale of Minaj’s dwelling is required, that result is entirely the product of her intransigence in not making payment.”

He said the law does not require his client to exhaust other means of collection before asking for her house to be sold off at auction.

“Here, there is no doubt that the sale of the dwelling would satisfy the entire judgment, with millions to spare,” he said.

In 2023 a deranged fan Swatted Nicki’s mansion by sending a SWAT team to her home twice. It happened again earlier this year.

“Swatting” is when someone makes a false call to 911 that triggers a massive SWAT team response to a person’s home.

On Tuesday, Nicki took to social media to complain that multiple people have been using her American Express card without authorization.

The Barbie rapper claimed thousands of dollars in purchases have been made despite American Express giving her a new card number.

She detailed transactions worth $25,000. But that’s the least of her worries.
