An Uber driver in St. Louis claims a rider left her baby with her while she went clubbing – and gave her a fake address to drop the baby off.

Instead of calling Child Protective Services, the Uber driver, named Jay Love, kept the baby overnight.

The next morning, she set up her camera and hit Play.

Jay Love live-streamed a warning to other Uber drivers not to pick up the Uber rider because she uses Uber as a babysitting service.

Jay said the mother paid her extra to drop the baby off at her baby daddy’s house, but she gave her the wrong address. She said the mother didn’t respond to her repeated calls.

“How could you leave your baby with somebody you don’t even know? I’m not leaving my kid with nobody I barely know,” she said. “I have a good heart. I’m not finna just up and leave this baby… I’ve got a daughter myself. But why is you not communicating and not getting your child, bro? This girl left her baby with me since 8 o’clock. That’s not good!”

Jay eventually took the child to the police department, but they told her to give the baby back to the mother, which she eventually did.

Why didn’t police take the child into protective custody? What’s going on in St. Louis?

We’ve heard a lot of wild Uber stories, but a mother leaving her baby with an Uber driver is the wildest story yet.
