TikTok influencer Girlalala (left) was a big supporter of JT as part of the former City Girls rapper’s “Juvies” fan base.
Girlalala, 21, often rapped over JT’s songs on TikTok, which boasted over 289,000 followers.

Girlalala (pictured) was shot and killed by boyfriend, Shanoyd Whyte Jr, 25, during a domestic dispute in a car. Whyte shot Girlalala, who was sitting in the front passenger seat.
Whyte was arrested and booked into the Broward County jail on a first-degree murder charge.
When JT heard about Girlalala’s death, she donated to a GoFundMe for the popular TikToker’s funeral expenses.
The rapper spoke out against social media users joking about domestic violence, especially in the trans community, since Girlalala was transgender.
“NOTHING is funny about a (domestic) violence story,” she wrote in a since-deleted Instagram story along with a photo of herself and Girlalala.
The rapper wrote that society doesn’t take violence within the LGTBQ+ community “serious,” but “(to be honest), I see Black cis women telling their story for laughs too and we tune in like it’s a reality show… ITS NOT!”
She continued: “My heart is broken & these kids or adults may never be protected in a time where everything is moving fast & used as content! If you see something say something ! R.I.P GIRLLALA.”

Girlalala’s GoFundMe account has raised nearly $29,000, including a $5,000 donation from JT (born Jatavia Shakara Johnson).
Girlalala’s funeral service is set for December 6, 2025 in Pompano Beach, Florida.
One donor wrote, “I didn’t personally know her but i did just recently followed her & have been watching her content & i’m send my condolences to her family & peers who lost somebody genuine & kind she not only reached her hometown but she touched hearts of people all around the world she was loved & well respected.”
Another person wrote: “Prayers to her family! Girlala I’ll never be the same love. I’ll miss you dearly.”
A third donor commented: “May God hold you and your family tight during this difficult time. Your faith may be tested, but don’t lose faith. My sincere condolences.”
